Technology Resources for Parents
If students experience technical issues with their school devices and can send an email, please have them email our helpdesks directly (see below for helpdesk email information). A member of our IT support team will get back to them as soon as possible. Please have your student be as clear as possible with the description of the issue/problem.
If a student is experiencing difficulties and are unable to send an email, please call the students building principal or teacher and they can pass that information along to our IT support staff. Again, one of our IT support team members will reach out to you as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.

All student email is based on their O365 account. Student email is email@example.com with your "Wat#####!"(where # = lunch code/student ID; K-1 students no capital w) password (same password used to sign in to your device). Students can access their email through the Outlook Desktop app on their computer, or they can access their email online by going to the school website, the "for students" tab, and clicking on "Office 365 account logging". The login process is the same in either location.

Additionally, for those regular phone users, you can download the Outlook app on your phone and use your email there too.
**Students do NOT email or access email through SchoolTool, only through Outlook or O365**
