    About WMS

With approximately 360 students in grades 6 – 8, Waterloo Middle School has a proud tradition of blending academic learning with character education.  The “middle school years” are an important part of a child’s education as they transition from elementary school towards high school and beyond.  With a dedicated staff of professional educators, our goal is to help each student navigate and make the most of his or her middle school experience.  Each student has a unique set of learning needs and interests, so our faculty and staff strive to meet the needs of students as individual learners.  In order to provide a well-rounded experience at school, we encourage our students to get involved in at least one extra-curricular activity, which could be a sport, a musical group or a club.
