Please gather the following information before you start your registration! (there is a place to attach a picture or copy online):

• Proof of child’s age (birth certificate, passport, medical card, certificate of baptism, or other acceptable proof of age)
• Proof of residency (lease/deed, a rental contract, utility bill, a letter from landlord, a letter from the person you are living with, other)
• Proof of custody or guardianship (if applicable)
• Immunization/physical records (Most Recent)

** Please note registration is NOT complete until all materials are turned in.

Universal Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration Information
 

Universal Pre-Kindergarten Registration Information

If you are a resident of the Waterloo CSD and are interested in your child attending the 4-year-old PreK program for the 2025-2026 school year, please use the registration link or QR code below. This is a full-day program with no cost to families. 

UPK Requirements are:

• Child must reside in the Waterloo Central School District.

• Child must be 4 years old on or before December 1, 2025.

• New York State requirements must be met for immunizations, dental screenings and physicals before the student can start.

Kindergarten Registration Information
 

Kindergarten registration week for all students in the Waterloo Central School District begins on January 27th, 2025 at Skoi-Yase Primary School.  If your child will be 5 years old on or before December 1, 2025, then your child is eligible to attend kindergarten in September! Please use the registration link or QR code below to register for the 2025-2026 school year.
