Upcoming Capital Project Vote

The vote will be held at the District Office (109 Washington Street) from Noon - 8 PM

The Board of Education is required by
New York State Education Law to obtain
the voters’ permission before the board
may use district funds for Capital
Construction projects.
The December 11, 2019 capital vote is
requesting voters permission to spend an
additional $2.9 million to complete the 2014
Capital Construction Project.
The $2.9 million will be repaid by the State
Aid (83 %) and the school district will use
existing funds to pay any costs not covered by
the State Aid (17%). There will not be an
increase in Real Property Taxes for
School District residents as a result of
this capital project vote.
